比色法测定脉舒胶囊中总黄酮的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立脉舒胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定方法并确定其限度。方法:采用比色法,以芦丁为对照品,以亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝显色后,在510nm波长处测定吸收度,计算总黄酮含量。结果:芦丁在0.0108～0.0540mg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为99.68%,RSD=1.13%。脉舒胶囊的总黄酮含量在27.9～30.2mg·粒^(-1)之间,其限度确定为以芦丁计不得少于26.0mg·粒^(-1)胶囊。结论:本方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于脉舒胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To determine the content and its limit of Total flavonoids in Maishu capsules. METHODS： The content of Total flavonoids was determined by chromatometry with Rutin as reference substance. Its absorbability after coloration with aluminum nitrate was detected at a wavelength of 510nm. The content of Total flavonoids was computed. RESULTS： The Total flavonoids showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.010 8-0.054 0mg·mL^-1 （r = 0.999 8）, and its average recovery was 99.68%, RSD = 1. 13% .The content of Total flavonoids stood at 27.9-30.2mg per capsule. Its limit was set as 26.0mg per capsule（caculated based on Rutin） . CONCLUSION： This method is simple, accurate and stable,and suitable for the quality control of Maishu capsules.
