摘  要:目的:观察不同剂量生脉注射液(红参、麦冬、五味子)多次静点对心力衰竭患者不同时点内源性洋地黄样物质(EDLS)血浓度的影响。方法:40例心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组(生脉注射液低、中、高3个剂量组),每组10例。对照组予5葡萄糖液100mL+胰岛素1单位(R-I1U)+KCL0.25g/iv.dripqd×7;治疗组分别予5葡萄糖液100mL+R-I1U+KCL0.25g+生脉注射液20、40、60mL,iv.dripqd×7。采用放免法测定第1天给药前和第1天给药后1h、12h、第2天给药前、第2天给药后12h、第4天给药前、第4天给药后1h、第7天给药前、第7天给药后1h共9个时点的EDLS血浓度,比较不同剂量生脉注射液静点后4组患者不同时点EDLS血浓度是否存在差别。结果:(1)连续多次给予生脉注射液后,EDLS血浓度基线升高;(2)随着生脉注射液剂量的增加,EDLS血浓度的升高更明显。结论:生脉注射液有提高EDLS血浓度的作用,多次给药后,随着给药次数的增加呈现一定的累积效应,同时使EDLS血浓度升高的作用有剂量依赖性,多次给药后,这种作用趋势变得更加明显。AIM : To observe the influence of repeated intravenous dripping different dose of Shengmai Injection ( Radix et Rhizoma ginseng rubra, Radix ophiopogonis, Fructus schisandrae chinensis) on the blood serum concentration of endogenous digital-like substance (EDLS) at different time points in patients with heart failure. METHODS: 40 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into four groups (n = 10 in each one): one control group (5% glucose solution 100 mL + R-I 1^U + KCL 0.25 g iv drip qd ×7) and three trial groups (5% glucose solution 100 mL + R-I 1^u + KCL 0.25 g + Shengma Injection 20 mL, 40 mL or 60 mL iv drip qd × 7). The blood was collected before and 1 h, 12 h after the 1st administration, before and 12 h after the 2nd administration, before and 1 h after the 4th administration, before and 1 h after the 7th administration. The blood serum concentrations of EDLS were determined by radio-immunity assay (RIA) and compared among different groups at different time points. RESULTS : ( 1 ) The blood serum concentration of EDLS was increased after being administrated Shengrnai Injection repeatedly and continually. (2) With the dose of Shengrnai Injection increased, the blood serum concentration of EDLS was elevated more obviously. CONCLUSION: Shengrnai Injection could elevate the blood serum concentration of EDLS. The effect on elevating blood serum concentration of EDLS was increased with the dose of Shengrnai Injection and accumulated with applying times.
