摘　　要：采用文献研究方法,对已有的有关体育活动心理健康效应研究进行了综述,在此基础上,探讨大学生体育活动参与与心理健康关系研究的现状、存在的问题和未来发展的走向。This article uses the literature research to review the psychological health effects of sports activities. On this basis, we discuss the status, problems and future development trend of the relationship between college students participate in sports and psychological health study.
