盐酸伊托必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察新型消化道动力药盐酸伊托必利片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的疗效。方法98例确诊为DGP患者随机分为3组,采用盐酸伊托必利片治疗36例,并与吗丁啉组(32人)、西沙必利组(30人)治疗者进行比较。结果盐酸伊托必利片治疗DGP疗效强于吗丁啉片(P<0.05),而与西沙必利片的疗效相当(P>0.05),但据报道西沙必利片在高敏患者中可出现导致尖端扭转性室性心动过速或Q-T间期延长,盐酸伊托必利片则无此电生理特征。结论盐酸伊托必利片可作为糖尿病胃轻瘫的首选药物。Objective To observe the curative effect of Itopride Hydrochloride tablets in treating Diabetic Gastroparesis. Methods 98 cases of DGP were randomly divided into 3 groups. 36 cases in Group l were treated with Itopfide Hydrochlofide tablets, 32 cases in Group 2 were treated with Domperidone and 30 cases in Group 3 were treated with Cisapride. The curative effects in the 3 groups were compared. Results The curative effect of Itopfide Hydrochloride tablets was much better than that of Domperidone （ P 〈 0.05 ） while it was same with that of Cisapride.It was reported that the application of Cisapride to high sensitive patients may cause torsades de points ventricular tachycardia or prolonged QT intervals, but the application of Itopride Hydrochloride tablets didn＇t show any electrophysiologic disorders. Conclusion Itopfide Hydrochlofide tablets can be used as the first-choice medicine in treating Diabetic Gastroparesis.
