摘　　要：目的了解师以上干部的疾病谱,为军队干部保健工作提供依据。方法选取某医院3646份师以上干部病历,结合ICD-9,以excel和SPSS统计分析。结果男性前三位疾病为循环、呼吸和消化系统疾病,女性前三位疾病为循环、呼吸和肌肉骨骼系统疾病;总疾病谱前十种疾病中居前三位的为冠心病、肺部感染、上呼吸道感染;前三位死亡原因为恶性肿瘤、循环系统和呼吸系统疾病。结论明确住院师以上干部的常见病和主要死亡原因,可以为相关部门作好军队干部卫生保健提供参考。Objective To study the disease spectrum of the cadres above divison-level so as to provide proof for the health care of military cadres. Methods The eases of 3646 cadres above divlsion-level in a military hospital were selected and statistical analysis with Excel and SPSS according to 1CD-9 was made. Results The first 3 diseases in males were circulatory system diseases, respiratory system diseases and digestive system diseases while the first 3 for females were circulatory system diseases , respiratory system diseases and muscle and skeleton system diseases;Within the first ten diseases in the disease spectrum, coronary disease , pulmonary infection and upper respiratory tract infection ranked in the first 3 ;The first 3 factors for death were malignant tumor, diseases of circulatory system and respiratory system. Conclusions It may provide reference for health care for military cadres to study the conunon diseases and main cause of death.
