摘 要:目的用Meta分析的方法比较MRI与CT诊断早期股骨头缺血坏死的作用。方法通过计算机检索2001-2005年5年内国内公开发表的文献,并结合本科室的自己未发表的研究,收集有关MRI和CT对早期股骨头缺血坏死的文献,按照既定的纳入、排除标准,核定检出符合评价标准文献,采用RevMan4.2.7软件进行Meta分析。结果Meta分析结果显示,MRI组对早期股骨头缺血坏死(ANFH)的诊断价值优于CT,其差异有统计学意义[OR5.36,95%CI(3.43~8.38)]。结论MRI对早期ANFH的诊断价值大于CT,是首选的影像学方法。Objective To perform a Meta-analysis to compare MRI and CT on diagnosing early avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods We seached and adopted the domestic literature about MRI and CT on diagnosing early avascular necrosis of femoral head from 2001 to 2005, and combined the study of our department. The studies were selected or excluded by the criteria which we had made. We evaluated with Meta-analysis by RevMan 4. 2. 7 software. Results From the Meta-analysis, we can see that the MRI group was more effective on diagnosing early avascular necrosis of femoral head than CT group. The MRI and CT groups were significantly different on statistics [ OR 5.36, 95% CI (3.43 - 8.38) ] . Conclusion MRI is more value on diagnosing early avascular necrosis of femoral head than CT. MRI is preferred image method.
