摘　　要：本文收集 4 6例肝功能属 B级的门脉高压症病人 ,对围手术期营养支持与术后感染的关系加以分析。结果表明 ,使用糖、脂肪、氨基酸为营养物质的病人 。Forty- six cases of portal hypertension with hepatic function at B degree were in- vestigated.We analyzed nutrition treatment to preoperation and its relation with infec- tion after operation of these cases.The re- sults showed that patients who were given carbohydrate,fat and amino acid after oper- ation had less probability about infection than those only given carbohydrate.
