湿润烧伤膏治疗松香烫伤的体会

摘　　要：通过采用湿润暴露疗法治疗两例熔态松香烫伤，我们总结认为：湿润烧伤膏能迅速清除松香，最大限度保存腐皮，以达“以皮养皮”之效，止痛效果好，抗感染能力强，愈后无疤痕。提出湿润烧伤膏为治疗松香烫伤的首选药物。Two patients scalded by molten rosin were treat-ed with MEBT. The results revealed that MEBO helped to remove the residual rosin very quickly and therefore the putrefide skin was preserved to the largest extent. MEBO had good analgesic and antiinfective diffects. The wounds healed without scar formation. The arthors suggested that MEBO is of first choice for treating scald of the kind.
