摘　　要：Patients with Severe combined craniofacial burn often have respiratory tract obstruction and Suffocation due to inhalation injury. This paper report 5 cases of severe combined craniofacial burn, without remarkable sign of respiratory tract obstruction at the shock stage, suffocated during first turn over after shock stage.Patients with Severe combined craniofacial burn often have respiratory tract obstruction and Suffocation due to inhalation injury.
