摘　　要：本文报道了一儿童自出生以来，从未出过一滴汗，全身皮肤粗糙，尤其脚后跟一年四季救裂，严重时出血、痛苦，至不能行走。经多方治疗无效，后经内脏外涂MEBO。一周见效，随访一年，全身无汗症状消失，皮肤恢复正常。A child had coarse skin all over and no sweat.His heels had rhagadia all the year with pain and even bleeding. He could not walk. Many different treating methods had been applied but none proved to be efficacious. This child was then treated with local and oral administration of MEBO. MEBO proved to be efficacious after application for one week. This child started to sweat and his skin became normal after followed up for one year.
