摘　　要：论文对8例高压电烧伤而致大块骨坏死外露并感染创面，（头颅部3例，小腿前侧5例）分别给予吻合血管的背阔肌皮瓣、胸背联合肌皮瓣、脐下腹肌皮瓣游离移植修复，全获成功的经验进行了总结。文章重点介绍了手术方法和典型病例，并认为此种手术方式具备抗炎力强，术后功能佳，疗程短等优点，适合头颅，胜前的大创面治疗，从而使烧伤后造成的大块颅骨或股骨坏死外露且有感染的深部创面得到一期修复。手术成功的条件需要作到植皮受区和供区有良好的血管及供血；有效控制感染；术前正确更换敷料，术中彻底清创也是手术成功的关键。8 cases of large bone necrosis and exposure with infection, caused by high voltage electric burn (3 cases burned in the skull and 5 in anteriolacteral shank)were repaired using free back broadest muscular flap,thoracodorsal muscular flap and umbiIical abdorminal muscular flap trasplantation,respectively. The results were satisfactory. Typical cases and the operation techniques were described. The authors concluded that this method had strong antiinflammatory effect.The function recovered very well. The treating course was short. It is suitable for primary repair of deep infected wounds in large skull bone and tibia bone with necrosis and exposure. Donor and receptor sites should have adequate bIood suppIy. Infections should be controlled and wounds shouId be thoroughly debrieded before operation.
