摘  要:[目的]为了筛选用于草坪病害防治的高效、低毒、低残留的杀菌剂。[方法]选用5种常用杀菌剂对3种草坪病害病原菌进行毒力测定。[结果]结果表明:咪鲜胺对麦冬炭疽病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果最佳,EC50为0.011mg/L,甲基硫菌灵次之;百菌清对马蹄金白绢病菌的EC50最小,为0.013mg/L,速克灵对上述2种病原菌的EC50均最大。对马蹄金叶轮斑病菌,除咪鲜胺的抑制效果较好,EC50达到0.669mg/L外,其他药剂抑制率均在20%~50%。[结论]该研究为研制专门的防治草坪病害的杀菌剂提供了试验依据。Virulence detetermination on 3 pathogens of turfgrass diseases by 5 fungicides were carried out. Results showed that control effect of prochloraz on Colletotrichum gloeosporioades was the best and its ECho was 0.010 9 mg/L, following with thiophanatemethyl. The ECho of chlorothalonil on Alternaria soani was the least (0.013 4 rag/L). ECho of procymidone on pathogens of Alternaria soani and CoUetotriehum gloeosporioades were the biggest. The control effect of prochloraz on Peltieularia rolfsii of Diehondra repens Horst was the best among the five fungicides with EC50 of 0.669 mg/L. The inhibiting rates of the other fungicides were all between 20 % and 50 %.
