摘 要:综述了近年来甜瓜细菌性果斑病害检测技术的研究进展,强调了检测技术的发展对我国入世以后植物病害检测检疫的重大意义。Melon bacterial fruit blotch (MBFB) was a typically seedborne disease. In recent years, BFB became a major threat to the production of watermelon and sweet melon. Chemical control of BFB was ineffective and the dominant resistant gene was not currently available in commercial cultivars. Therefore, the control of MBFB depended on the strict quarantine measures to exclude the pathogens. In this paper, the research progress of the pathogen detection of melon bacterial fruit blotch was summarized. The significance of plant diseases quarantine in China after entering WTO was emphasized.
