摘 要:[目的]为了给聚丙烯酸铵在治理长期重金属污染的应用方面提供理论依据。[方法]通过聚丙烯酸铵在外源复合重金属污染土壤上修复的盆栽试验,研究了聚丙烯酸铵对黑麦草生长、黑麦草中重金属含量以及土壤中水溶性重金属的含量的影响。[结果]在单一重金属污染土壤上,聚丙烯酸铵处理的黑麦草体内Cd、Cu、Zn含量比CK分别下降了63.2%、72.6%、78.1%,土壤水溶性Cd、Cu、Zn分别下降了93.1%、55.2%、59.2%;在复合重金属污染的土壤中,黑麦草体内Cd、Cu、Zn含量比CK分别下降了74.9%、69.0%、72.4%,土壤水溶性重金属下降了80.3%、38.8%、48.3%。[结论]聚丙烯酸铵的使用可以明显改善外源重金属污染土壤上黑麦草的生长,显著地降低植物体内重金属的含量,同时土壤中水溶性重金属的含量也显著下降。[Objective] The study was conducted to supply theoretical basis for application of ammonium polyacrylate in controlling long-term heavy metals pollution. [Method] Through pot culture experiment of remedying the soil polluted by exogenous compound heavy metals with ammonium polyacrylate, the effects of ammonium polyacrylate on growth and heavy metal content of perennial ryegrass and water soluble heavy metal content in soil were studied. [Result] Compared with CK, in soil polluted by single heavy metal, the contents of Cd, Cu and Zn in perennial ryegrass treated by ammonium polyacrylate decreased by 63.2 %, 72.6 % and 78.1% respectively and their soil water solubility decreased by 93.1%, 55.2 % and 59.2% respectively; in soil with compound heavy metals pollution, the contents of Cd, Cu and Zn in ryegrass decreased by 74.9%, 69.0 %, 72.4 % and their soil water solubility decreased by 80.3 %, 38.8 %, 48.3 % respectively than that of CK. [Conclusion] Usage of ammonium polyacrylate could improve the growth of perennial ryegrass in soil polluted by exogenous heavy metals significantly, reduce heavy metal contents in plant significantly and the contents of water soluble heavy metal in soil significantly.
