摘　　要：论述了以RCM理论为基础,指导并建立军队医疗装备RCM管理体系。通过利用故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)方法,对装备组成部件出现故障后对装备的影响程度进行了可靠性分析,确定了适合采取预防性维修措施的装备重要功能产品(FSI),避免盲目采取预防性维修措施而增加不必要的费用,从而为维修策略的决断提供有效依据。In this paper, RCM management structure of military medical equipment is established on the basis of the theory of RCM. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis （FMEA） method is applied firstly to the reliability analysis of failure consequences of equipment. Then according to the analysis results, functionally significant items （FSI）, which need preventive maintenance, are determined to avoid blind preventive maintenance and unnecessary maintenance cost, and to provide some useful basis for the decision of maintenance strategy.
