摘　　要：《伤寒论》中四逆散具透邪解郁﹑调畅气机之功。其虽名“四逆”,但与阳虚阴盛的四肢厥逆有本质区别。举临床运用四逆散治疗疑难病例一则以探讨本方的功用。This article explores the rule of clinical application of ＂Sini Powder＂, a popular formula in ＂Treatise on Exogenous Cold-induced Febrile Diseases＂, to expel exogenous pathogenic factors and smooth qi, and a case treated by ＂Sini Powder＂ was presented.
