摘　　要：介绍王文健教授运用益气散聚法治疗早期糖尿病验案3则。针对早期糖尿病气聚为病、不运不化的病理状态,采取攻补兼施的治则,以益气散聚为基本治法,使气血津液得以正常布散运化,多获良效。This paper introduces professor Wang Wenjian＇s clinical experience in treating early diabetes by tonifying qi and dispersing accumulation. According to the pathogenesis characterized by qi aggregation and transformation failure in early diabetes, professor Wang used the principle of purgation combining with tonification to establish the method of tonifying qi and dispersing accumulation. Three cases were presented.
