摘 要:五箱一体化工艺是东南大学开发的新型脱氮除磷工艺。示范工程运行表明,该工艺具有自动化程度高、投资少、占地小和运行费用低等优点,并具有良好的脱氮除磷效果。出水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级A标准,氮、磷的去除率分别可达70%和90%左右。示范工程的成功运行为该工艺的推广应用奠定了基础。A five-tank bioreactor was employed as the key unit for the integrated wastewater treatment system developed for effective removal of both organic pollutants and nitrogen/phosphorus nutrient species. The bioreactor operation consisted of 6 sequential stages, which were individually programmable to achieve the optimum A^2/O treatment performance. In treating 400 m^3/d of domestic wastewater from a hospital facility, the integrated treatment system produced an effluent that consistently met the existing discharge limits for Class I-A effluent (GB 18918-2002) the average removal rates for COD, BOD5, NH3-N, TN, TP and SS removal efficiencies were 87. 7%, 94. 6%, 92.3%, 73.7%, 89.2% and 97.3%, respectively. The innovative treatment system will have many applications because of its advantages of low capital and operating costs, small land requirement, and excellent removal of organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient species.
