摘  要:目的:通过对人体骨骼中微量元素的测定,求得其正常值;对病骨中微量元素的测定,了解其变化规律,为早期诊断和防治疾病提供依据。方法:采用原子发射光谱和激光显微光谱分析的方法测出300例健康人骨骼标本中9种微量元素的含量,并经统计学处理,得出其正常参考值。同时还对创伤骨痂和骨肿瘤中上述9种元素的含量进行了测定。结果:测出健康人骨骼中9种微量元素的含量和正常参考值;对创伤骨痂标本进行上述元素测定,发现锌、银和镍的含量下降;测定骨肿瘤标本发现铜、铁和硅的含量减少。结论:测出健康人骨骼中9种微量元素的含量及正常参考值;发现创伤骨痂及骨肿瘤中元素含量的不同变化,供早期诊断和防治疾病参考。Objective: In normal and abnormal human bone specimens, the contents of the nine traceelements were measured to provide the reference data for early diagnosis, treatment and prevention bone disorders. Methods: In the specimens of 300 healthy human bone, traumatic osteotylus and bone tumor, Nine traceelements were detected by means of atomic radiative spectrum and lasser trace spectrum analytics. Results: In 300 healthy human bone, the normal reference values of the nine traceelements were determined statistically. In traumatic osteotylus, the contents of zinc, silver and nickel were decreased. In the specimens of bone tumor, the contents of copper, iron and silicon were decreased。 Conclusion: The nine traceelement values of 300 healthy human bone and its changes in traumatic osteotylus and bone tumors would provide the reference data for making early diagnosis, treating and preventing bone diseases.
