摘  要:目的:观察抗癫痫药苯妥英钠、苯巴比妥的血药浓度与毒副反应发生率的关系。方法:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定抗癫痫药苯妥英钠(DPH)和苯巴比妥(PB)血清药浓度。结果:血药浓度与毒性反应密切相关。DPH、PB在发挥作用时出现不同程度的毒副反应,随浓度增加,发生人次上升,血药浓度DPH>25mg/L,PB>50mg/L时,毒副反应明显增加。结论:DPH、PB的最适血药浓度分别为10~20mg/L及10~40mg/L。Objective: The aim was to observe the relationship between diphentoin and phenobarbital concentrations and drug adverse reactions. Methods: HPLC was used for simultaneous determination of diphentoin and phenobarbital in serum. Results: The drug adverse reactions were correlated with DPH and PB serum concentrations, there were different toxic symptoms when DPH and PB levels were in therapeutic range, when DPH serum concentration was higher than 25 mg/L, PB serum concentration was higher than 50 mg/L, the drug adverse reactions was significant increased in our test patients. Conclusion: The propriate DPH and PB concentrations were 10~20 mg/L and 10~40 mg/L respectively.
