旋毛虫病230例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：了解河南省旋毛虫病的临床特征。方法：自１９９５年１２月～１９９６年３月共诊治旋毛虫病２３０例。应用间接萤光抗体试验（ＩＦＡＴ）和环蚴沉淀试验（ＣＬＰＴ）阳性确定诊断。结果：患者均有不同程度的发热、全身肌肉疼痛及乏力。有胃肠道症状５４例（２４．３％），眼睑浮肿７８例（３３．９％），全身浮肿６６例（２８．８％），嗜酸粒细胞增高者１９６例（８５．２％）。给予丙硫咪唑治疗，剂量为２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ，分２次口服，连服７天为一个疗程，一般１～３个疗程，治愈率１００％。结论：对长期发热，全身肌肉疼痛伴嗜酸性粒细胞增多的病人应考虑旋毛虫病的可能。Objective:In order to know clinical features of trichnosis in Henan Provance from December 1995 to Mach 1996,we had diagnosed and treated 230 cases with trichinosis.Methods:Diagnosis was established by IFAT and CLPT positive reaction.Results:All cases had fever、pain of systemic muscles and tireness in different degrees.Of the 230 patients,196(85.6%) had eosinophlia,54(24.3%) had gastrointestinal symptom,66(28.8%) had general edema and 78(33.9%) had eyelid edema.All cases were given albendazole.The dose is 25 mg/kg·d orally.3 times daily.One course lasted 7 days.Generally one to three courese were needed.Curative rate is 100.0%.Conclusion:Patients with long fever、pain of systemic muscles and eosinophlia should consider of possibility of trichinosis
