摘　　要：通过不同浓度和不同浸泡时间的ABT1和NAA溶液处理金银花嫩枝插穗,配合免喷雾方法进行试验。经方差分析和多重比较分析,结果表明:在进行的金银花扦插育苗试验中,采取的ABT1号处理浓度为150mg/L,浸泡30min,效果最佳。An experiment of treating the soft stem cutting of Japanese honeysuckle with ABT1 and NAA of different concentration and time in the condition of free of spraying was conducted to understand the effects of plant hormones on its rooting. By the variance analysis and LSD tests, it was found that soft stem cuttings with ABT1 （ 150 mg/L） for 30 min was the best way for the rooting of Japanese honeysuckle in this study.
