摘　　要：防火阻燃标识，是用于表明阻燃制品的燃烧性能按规定要求进行了检验并合格的信息标识。中国的公共场所防火阻燃标识明示制度，是指依照有关法律法规，在公共场所使用的阻燃制品及组件必须采用防火阻燃标识的制度。为了维护人民的生命和财产安全，《公共场所阻燃制品及组件燃烧性能要求及标识》GB20286—2006）于2007年3月1日正式实施，公共场所防火阻燃标识明示制度（以下简称“明示制度”）也正式启动。The article discusses the problems in the practice of the Clear Expression System of Fire Retardant Identification in public sphere by analyzing the factors in fire casualty.Fire Retardant Identification is the identification labeling the fire retarding product of which the fire retarding performance proves qualified in the test organized in accordance with relevant regulations.The clear expression system of fire retardant identification is a system which obligates,in line with relevant laws and regulation,the use of fire retardant identification on the fire retarding products and their components installed in public space.The system came into effect officially on March 1,2007.
