摘　　要：自治区的自治权是自治区自治机关专有的权利与权力。法律赋予自治区立法机关特定的立法自治权,自治区的立法自治权主要是制定自治条例和单行条例。制定自治区自治条例必须遵循法定原则,维护法律的横向协调,构建科学的立法内容,实现制定过程的程序化,改革与完善立法监督制度。The power of autonomy of the autonomous region is the proprietorshipof the organs of self-governmentin the area. The law entitles the legislative organ of the autonomous region to the particular power of autonomy in legislation, which mainly includes the formulation of the regulations on the exercise of the autonomyor separate regulations. To formulate the regulations, the legal principles must be observed, the coordination of the laws must be maintained, the scientific legislative contents must be constructed, the process of formulation must be in accordance with the legal procedure, and the institution of legislative supervision must be reformed and perfected.
