摘　　要：诸葛亮在加强封建法制建设,尤其是军事法制建设的同时,提出了丰富的军事法制思想。从诸葛亮军事法制思想的历史背景和发展历程入手,着重对其军事法制思想的主要内容进行探讨。Zhuge Liang, a distinguished militarist and politician in the Three -kingdom Period. He puts forward abundant military law thought on enforcing the construction of the law system, especially in military legislative construction. According to the historical background and development of military law thought, this paper stresses the research of military law thought.
