摘　　要：利用DCS的实时计算功能,把主汽流量、汽包压力转化为热量信号,并通过烟气含氧量来计算锅炉热效率,从而确定出燃料释放的总热量,由此算出燃料的平均低位发热量,最终测算出锅炉的单耗指标。Transforming main steam flux and steam drum pressure into heat signal by using the function of real-time measuring of DCS, and also calculating boiler thermal efficiency through oxygen content in flue gas, then you can confirm the total heat capacity fuel released and accordingly get the average low heat value. Finally, you can measure the boiler unit consumption index by the result.
