摘　　要：遵循《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估方案(试行)》,分析了图书馆评估指标及其对图书馆文献资源建设的促进作用,指出了高校图书馆文献资源建设面临的新问题。This paper starts from Assessment Scheme of Teaching Level for Higher Learning Institution,analyzes connotation character of basic conditions for starting higher learning and its progressive functions for document resource establishment, points out new problems to be confronted with in the course of document resource establishment as to higher learning institution＇s library.
