摘　　要：国民科学素质,已经成为科学社会发展进步的重要制约因素。提高国民科学素质,不仅是西方发达国家兴旺昌盛的根本经验,而且也是我国经济和社会发展的迫切要求。在我国,既有教育的发展提供的智力支持,又有党和国家一贯重视和持续完善的政策支持,我国国民科学素质的全面提高刻不容缓。为此,应不断完善现存的体制;优化教育资源的配置,加强师资队伍建设;加大科学知识普及工作的宣传力度。The national scientific quality already became the important restriction factor for the development of science and society. It is not only the basic experience of Western developed countries＇ prosperity, but also the urgent need for the development of our countrie＇s economy and society. In our country, it is urgent to enhance comprehensively the national scientific quality. Because the education development has been providing the intelligence support, and the country has been taking with the policy support continually. So we should consummate the extant system unceasingly, optimize the disposition of education resources, strengthen the teachers＇ troop and enlarge the scientific knowledge popularization work.
