摘　　要：地下管网建设是城市地下设施管理的重要组成部分。建立基于WebGIS的城市地下管网信息系统可以利用互联网处理以管网为核心内容的空间信息和各种相关信息,加快“数字城市”建设进程。本文以泉州市为例,对城市地下管网信息系统进行设计,并给出了设计成果,可为同类系统的建设提供参考。The construction of the underground pipeline network is an important part of the urban underground facility management.By establishing WebGIS based information system of urban underground pipeline network, we can use the internet to process the spatial information and various related informations of which the pipeline network is the core content, and speed up the ＂ digital city＂ construction. Taking Quanzhou city as an example, this paper designs the information system of the urban underground pipeline and gives the design results so as to provide reference to the construction of the same kind system.
