摘  要:采用有限元软件,对万能孔型轧制重轨UR-ER连轧变形过程进行了模拟研究.主要研究了连轧变形过程万能轧机各道次的变形规律和万能轧机速度不平衡率与重轨各部分尺寸变化的关系.结果表明,轨底、轨腰、轨头在万能轧机和压边轧机的变形区内变形非常不均匀,各万能机架间的压下系数分配直接影响成品的表面质量、平直度和尺寸精度;重轨各部分尺寸随着速度不平衡率的变化呈比例增加.The continuous rolling deformation of heavy rail in universal pass UR-ER was simulated and researched by using finite element soft-ware. The deformation rules of different pass of universal mill during continuous rolling process and the relation of the imbalance tale of universal mill velocity to the dimension variation of different parts of heavy rail were analyzed. The results show that the deformation of different parts of heavy rail,such as rail base,rail waist and rail head were uneven in the deformation zone of the universal mill and the depressing edge mill;the depressing coefficient of different parts of heavy rail in universal mill affects the surface quality,the dimensional accuracy and the straightness of the heavy rail directly; the dimension variation of different parts of heavy rail increases with increasing the imbalance rate of the universal mill velocity.
