摘  要:研究了溶剂法合成壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 (NP 1 2 )磷酸酯的合成条件。考察了溶剂种类和比例、五氧化二磷的投料方式、原料配比、酯化温度和时间对产品色泽和酯化率的影响。在考察八种溶剂的基础上 ,选出了四氯化碳为较理想的溶剂。在条件实验基础上 ,确定了溶剂法合成壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 (NP 1 2 )磷酸酯的较理想条件 :用四氯化碳溶解好的五氧化二磷一次加入反应器中 ,四氯化碳 /五氧化二磷为 3 /1 (m L/g) ;NP 1 2 /P2 O5为 2 .3 /1 (摩尔比 ) ;酯化温度 :60~ 70℃ ;酯化时间 :3 .5~ 4 .0 h。在该条件下合成产品为浅黄色粘稠液体 ;酯化率大于 97% ,且皆为单酯。该法操作简便 ,溶剂可回收利用 。The paper shows the ideal synthetic condition for preparing phosphate polyoxyethylene nonylphenol (NP12) by solvent method. The effects are investigated for the solvent sorts, the solvent proportion, the feeding way of the phosphorus pentoxide, the raw material ratio, the esterifying temperature and time on the colour, the esterifying yield of the product. The carbon tetrachloro methane was selected as an ideal solvent on the examination of the eight sorts of the solvent. An ideal synthetic condition for preparing phosphate polyoxyethylene nonylphenol was determined on the basis of experimental results: the phosphorus pentoxide dissolved by carbon tetrachloro was added to the reactor once; CCl 4/P 2O 5 as 3/1(mL/g); NP12/P 2O 5 as 2.3/1(mol/mol); the esterifying temperature:60~70 ℃; the esterifying time: 3.5~4.0 h. The product synthesized by this condition was lightyellow viscose liquid; the esterifying yield was more than 97% and the product was all monoester. This method is simple in operation; the solvent can be recovered and the difficulty is resolved that phosphorus pentoxide feeds in batches and makes product colour.
