叔胺化催化剂的研制

摘　　要：在自行设计的实验装置上研制一种新的催化剂 ,实现醇一步法生产叔胺。 DL 0 3催化剂的开发满足了单烷基二甲基叔胺和双烷基甲基叔胺的生产。改变叔胺化试剂二甲胺 DMA和一甲胺 MMA,在最佳工艺条件下 ,收率均在 97%以上。催化剂放大 1 8kg/批 ,在 50 0 t/This study report design a new experimental equiment and develop a new catalyst for the preperations of tertiary aliphatic amines. An aminating agent methyl amine reacting with aliphatic alcohol have obtained dialkyl methyl amine, and dimethyl amine have obtained alkyl dimethyl amine. At the optimum condition, the yield of both tertiary aliphatic amines are above 97%. The development of DL03 industrial catalyst have satisfied aliphatic alcohol Onestepe Synthesis of dialkyl methyl amine and alkyl dimethyl amine. At the 500 t/a plant, the magnification of the catalyst have successed in 18 kg/batch.
