中国特殊双级注水泥器的研制现状与发展趋势

摘　　要：针对深井、超深井、水平井、分支井、大位移井、小井眼以及复杂井眼条件下的固井压力高或固井时间长的特点,中国近几年研制开发了部分新型双级注水泥器。详细介绍了用于水平井和大斜度井的双级注水泥器、防止CO2/H2S气体腐蚀的特殊双级注水泥器、适用于老井加深或套管开窗侧钻的小尺寸双级注水泥器、不钻内套的双级注水泥器、用于复杂完井作业的双级注水泥器等的研制与应用情况,并分析了其发展趋势。In order to solve the problems resulted from high cementing operation pressure or longer cementing operation time in deep/ultra-deep wells,horizontal wells,branch wells,extended reach wells and slim hole wells and bad hole wells,some new two stage cementers have been developed in China in the past several years.Present state and future trend of two stage cementers for high angle and horizontal wells,unique CO2/H2S resistance cementers,small size cementers for wells deepening or sidetracking operations,inner sleeve retaining cementers and unique cementers for complex completion operations are introduced in this paper.By means of the above-mentioned cementers,most of the problems encountered in two stage cementing operations have been successfully solved.As a result,cementing quality has been improved,and reservoir damage has been largely reduced.
