液化气泵在油库装卸系统中的应用

摘　　要：指出了以离心泵为主的真空系统在油库轻油装卸工艺中存在的问题,用具体的参数及工艺流程说明了YQ型液化石油气泵在油库轻油装卸系统中,取代真空系统的推广使用价值。YQ型液化石油气泵具有安全可靠、密封良好、适用性强等特点。而且,由于取消了所有的抽真空辅助系统及采暖设备,使设计和施工简便、操作方便,减少了设备投资,降低了工程造价及运行费用,从而提高了工作效率。同时,也可以解决夏季轻油装卸气阻问题,更为实现自动化提供了有利条件。The paper introduces the problems existed in the vaccum system (the accessory system of centrifugal pump)when the vaccum system is used on the light oil loading/unloading process at tank farm,and with some parameters and technological process,the paper describes the application perspective of the YQ type LPG pump substituting for the vaccum system. The YQ type LPG pump has some features in safety,relia- bility,good seal and wide availability,meanwhile,the operation efficiency goes high by means of eliminating accessory vacuating system and heating device,which make the design and construction simple,operation convenient,the equipment's investments declined,and construction and/or operation costs reduced. In this way,the air-lock occured in summer can be solved,and moreover,the favourable conditions can be provided for the LPG pump system's automatization.
