摘 要:用水浸提辅以超声波处理法从茶薪菇中提取粗多糖。研究了浸提过程中的主要因素:浸提温度、总浸提时间、超声波作用时间、液料比对粗多糖提取率的影响,并用正交实验确定了茶薪菇粗多糖浸提的最佳工艺条件:40℃,总提取时间为4 h,超声波作用50 min,液料比为40:1,在此条件下粗多糖提取率为9.43%。This paper studied the extracting technique for crude polysaccharide from Agrocybe cyclindracea using water extraction with the assistance of ultrasonic. Main factors such as temperature, time for extraction and ultrasonic during the process of extraction were investigated. The ratio of liquid to material 's effect on the extracting rate of crude polysaccharide was also investigated. The optimum technique conditions for crude polysaccharide extraction were searched by means of orthogonal tests. The result showed that the optimal conditions are as follows: reaction temperature is 40℃, total extraction time is 4 hours, time for ultrasonic is 50 minutes, the ratio of liquid to material is 40 : 1. The extracting rate of crude polysaccharide is 9.43 % based on the above mentioned conditions.
