摘　　要：通过对带负荷压放电极原理的分析及其方案的选择,寻求到一种投资少、见效快,实用、简单、有效的带负荷压放装置,并采取相应的技术措施,使其能满足带负荷压放电极的要求。Through the analysis on the principle of the loaded slipping electrode and the choice of its programme, a set of loaded slipping electrode device has been found, with the advantages of lower consumption, easiness, effectiveness and practicality. We will analyze the present situation and adopt the suitable technical measures to meet the demands of the loaded sipping electrodes.
