摘 要:中资保险公司要想“作大做强”就必须培育核心竞争能力,但保险产品结构单一、缺乏竞争力是制约其发展的瓶颈,严重阻碍中资保险公司核心竞争力的提高。险种创新是中资保险公司保持领先地位的重要策略,也是建立名牌效应的根本方式和占领新市场的主要手段。为此,中资保险公司应从险种创新入手,设计开发与我国社会经济发展相适应的、满足多层次、多样化保险需求的险种。应注重在农村、体育等领域进行保险产品的创新。同时,大力开发责任保险产品,以及能够补充我国现行社会保障制度的保险产品。在险种创新的同时,提高中资保险公司的管理与服务水平,培养其保险客户对产品的依赖性和信任性,培育其核心竞争力。The Chinese insurance company which wants to be huge and strong must cultivate the core competitive ability, but the sole insurance product, the deficient competitor power is bottleneck which restricts its development and sets the serious hindrance for the enhancement of Chinese insurance company core competitive power. The innovation of insurance sort is the important strategy of Chinese insurance company to maintain the leading status, also to establish the basic way on the brand effect and being the main method of seizing the new market. So the Chinese insurance company should, on the basis of insurance sort innovation, design and develop insurance sort which adapting to our country's social economy development and satisfying multi-level, and the diverse insurance demand, The Chinese insurance should pay great attention to the innovation in countryside,sports field and so on,simultaneously develops the liability insurance product vig- orously, as well as supplements our country which present social security system. At the same time, the Chinese insurance company's management and the service level are to be improved, raises the product dependence and the trust of the insurance customer are to be raised and its core competitive power are to be cultivated.
