内科住院病人家属焦虑状况与应对方式的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解内科住院病人家属焦虑状况与应对方式,分析焦虑的影响因素。[方法]采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和简易应对方式量表,对243名内科住院病人家属进行问卷调查。[结果]内科住院病人家属的焦虑状况高于国内常模(P<0.01);不同性别、文化程度的病人家属焦虑状况存在差异(P<0.05);病人家属多采用积极应对方式,较少采用消极应对方式(P<0.01),积极应对与病人家属的焦虑水平呈显著负相关(P<0.01),消极应对与病人家属的焦虑水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]内科住院病人家属焦虑水平显著高于正常人,不同性别、文化程度的病人家属焦虑状况有差异;采取积极应对方式越多,其焦虑水平越低;采取消极应对方式越多,其焦虑水平越高。Objective： To know about the anxious state and coping style of family members of medical department inpatients, to analyze the influencing factors of anxiety of them and its relativity with their coping style. Methods： A total of 243 family members of medical department inpatients were investigated by filling out Zung self - rating anxiety scale （SAS） and simple coping style questionnaire. Results： Anxious state of family members of medical department inpatients was more severe than that of domestic norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were some differences in terms of anxious state of family members of different genders and with different education backgrounds （P〈0.05）. Family members of medical department inpatients most took positive coping styles, whereas fewer adopted negative coping styles （P 〈 0.01 ）. Positive coping styles were remarkably and negatively correlated with the anxiety of family members of inpatients （P〈0.01）. However, negative coping styles of family members of medical department inpatients were significantly positive correlated with their anxiety （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The anxiety level of family members of medical department inpatients was much higher than that of health adults. There were differences in terms of anxious state among family members of different genders or with different education backgrounds of medical department inpatients. The more they adopt positive coping style, they would have the lower anxiety level. Conversely, the more they adopt negative coping style, they would have the higher anxious level.
