摘　　要：20世纪80年代以来,我国法学的发展与权利问题研究基本上是同步的。时值今日,反思和检讨中国法学研究的传统,揭示权利问题研究与法学的方法变革、观念更新、理论发展之间的内在联系,将更有助于推动我国法学发展和法治发展。The development of legal science of China is same line with the study of fights since 1980s. We introspect about the tradition of study of legal science of China and reveal the relationship between the study of rights and the development of legal science of China so as to push forward the study of legal science and construction of legal regulation.
