摘　　要：本文概述了远方保护通信系统(TCS)的状况,提出了研究复用式数字通信系统的必要性,在分析IEC.834和相关通信接口的基础上提出了复用式数字通信系统的总体设计方案。最后,给出了复用式数字通信系统的硬件设计和软件设计的思路和实现方法。This paper introduced the basic status of tele-protection communication system（TCS） currently, and also analyzed the necessity to make research on the TCS. Then, the solution of digital tele-protection communication system was proposed after the accurate analysis of IEC. 834 and Communication interface. And at last, the realization of solution of TCS with hardware and software was described in detail.
