沿海开发区的现实图景及其深层剖析——以天津开发区为例

摘　　要：天津开发区在从单纯加工区建设到谋求新城转型的发展过程中,通过大规模城市建设呈现出日益明显的新城特征。它兼具出口加工区的经济特征和西方新城的空间特征,将之定义为外向型工业新城,许多沿海开发区已经呈现出这种外向型工业新城的现实图景。这种外向型工业新城存在着经济、社会、人口和空间等方面的诸多问题,在发展表象之下隐藏着自身内在的缺陷。During the transition from pure processing zone construction to new -town construction, Tianjin economic -technological development area has represented increasingly characteristics of new - town by a large - scale urban construction. This paper contends that Tiannjin economic - technological development area presents traits of both export processing zone and western new- town, and it can be named as outward industrial new- town, which is also the typical realistic vision of development zones in china. Finally, it points out some intrinsic demerits of outward industrial new - town from the aspects of economy, society, population, space and so on.
