摘　　要：网络化是测试仪器发展的重要方向。本文提出了一种测试仪器网络化的新方法,在测试仪器硬件结构上搭建嵌入式模块,使得测试仪器成为嵌入式系统,从而具备嵌入式系统互连及连网的功能,达到测试仪器网络化的目的。文中构建了这种新型的网络化测试仪器系统硬件电路,并与传统的测试仪器系统进行了比较,最后在软件上介绍了系统关键的软件技术——嵌入式操作系统和对象组件技术。An important direction of test instrument＇s development is networked. This paper puts forward a new method for test instrument networked system, in which an embedded module is added to hardware structure of test instrument, therefore the instrument is changed into an embedded system. Thus the new test instrument has interconnection and networking functions of embedded system. In this paper, the hardware circuit of networked test instrument is designed, and is compared with Automatic test system and common networked test instrument system. In software, the key software technologies of embedded test instrument system, which are embedded operation system and componentsobjected technology, are introduced.
