三子咳喘胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎痰湿阻肺证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:验证三子咳喘胶囊对慢性支气管炎(痰湿阻肺证)的疗效,并对其安全性作出客观评价。方法:采用随机、双盲、平行对照试验,将慢性支气管炎痰湿阻肺证患者58例随机分为试验组43例,对照组15例。试验组口服三子咳喘胶囊2粒/次,空白模拟剂3粒/次,每日3次;对照组口服桂龙咳喘宁胶囊5粒/次,每日3次,疗程均为10天。结果:临床总体疗效:试验组临床控制率23.26%,显效率39.53%,有效率37.21%,愈显率62.79%;对照组临床控制率20.00%,显效率33.33%,有效率46.67%,愈显率53.33%。中医证候疗效:试验组临床控制率20.93%,显效率37.21%%,有效率41.86,愈显率58.14%;对照组临床控制率20.00%,显效率33.33%,有效率46.67%,愈显率53.33%。两组对咳嗽、咳痰、喘息均有明显疗效。以上疗效组间均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:三子咳喘胶囊临床疗效确切,未发现明显毒副反应,与桂龙咳喘宁胶囊相仿。Objective： To certificate the curative effects of Sanzi Kechuan Capsule in treating chronic bronchitis with syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulated in the lung, and evaluate objectively its safety. Methods： 58 patients of chronic bronchitis with syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulated in the lung were divided into experimental group （43 cases）, and control group （15 eases） according to the methods of random control, double-blind and parallel control experiment. The former were orally given Sanzi Kechuan Capsule 2 capsules per time and Simulative Capsule 3 capsules per time, three times a day. While the latter were given Guilong Kechuan Capsule 5 capsules per time, three times a day, and each group had a treatment course of 10 days. Results： The whole curative effects： The clinical control rate, improving rate, effective rate and recovery and excellence rate of the experimental group were 23.26 %, 39.53 %, 37.21% and 62.79 %, while those of control group were 20.00 %, 33.33 %, 46.67% and 53.33%. The curave effects of TCM syndrome： The clinical control rate, improving rate, effective rate and recovery and exienee rate of experimental group were 20.93%, 37.21%, 41.86% and 58.14%, while those of control group were 20.00%, 33.33%, 46i67% and 53.33%. Two groups had apparent curative effects on cough, congh of phlegm and gasp. There were no apparent differences between two groups in the curative effects （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Sanzi Kechuan Capsule has exact curative effects. It has no obvious noxious and side effects and is similar to Guilong Kechuan Capsule.
