摘 要:针对目前一体化净水器存在的问题,采用悬浮澄清一漂浮过滤上向流一体化工艺,分别试验了低温低浊和常规条件下该工艺设备的性能.工艺运行的主要技术参数为:进水浊度≤50NTU,出水浊度〈1.0NTU,单位面积负荷5.0~7.0m^3/(m^2·h),运行周期≤48h.采用先气水混冲后水冲的反冲洗方式,此时的最优气冲强度约为15L/(s·m)^2,水冲强度约为4L/(s·m)^2.具有设备运行周期长、出水浊度低、水质稳定、过滤水头损失增长慢等优点.The integrated suspending clarification -floating filtering material technology is applied to solve the problem of integrated water purifier. The characteristics of this equipment are tested under the condition of low temperature and turbidity. The main technical parameters are presented:Influent turbidity is less than or equal to 50 NTU. Effluent turbidity is less than 1.0 NTU. Unit area loading is from 5.0 to 7.0 m^3/( m^2· h) and the operation period is less than or equal to 48 h. The best blast intensity of air is about 15 L/( s · m^2 ) and water is about 4 L/( s · m^2 ). This kind of equipment has the advantage of long operation, low effluent turbidity, stable water quality and slow increasing amount of water head loss in filtration.
