摘　　要：以高氯化聚乙烯树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质,添加防腐颜填料,制得单组分、附着力好、防腐性和耐候性优异的环氧丙烯酸树脂改性高氯化聚乙烯防腐涂料。与传统防腐涂料相比,该涂料具有优异的耐酸、碱、盐等腐蚀介质的性能,可广泛用于钢结构、桥梁、集装箱、机电设备、地下管道、储油罐外壁及化工厂房等的防腐,防腐寿命长。One- pack epoxy- acrylate resin modified high chlorinated polyethylene anti- corrosive paint is prepared with high chlorinated polyethylene resin and epoxy -acrylate resin as the main binder, and anti -corrosive pigments. Compared with the traditional anti - corrosive coatings, the paint shows good adhesion, good weather resistance, excellent anti - corrosions in terms of resistances to acid, base and salt. It has long anti - corrosive life while used for steel structure, bridge, container, mechanical and electric equipment, underground pipeline, oil tank, chemial workshop and et al.
