摘　　要：随着人事保证合同的普遍使用,因人事保证合同所带来的法律问题越来越受到人们的关注。本文通过分析人事保证合同的涵义、法律性质及存在的合理性,探讨如何对我国人事保证合同存在的问题加以立法规制,保证人事保证合同担保作用的真正实现。With personnel guarantee contract being used generally , people begin to pay regard to the legal problem gradually which the personnel guarantee contract results in. the thesis analyses the definition , the law nature and rationality of personnel guarantee contract and makes explorations into the measures which restrain personnel guarantee contract in order to secure the personnel guarantee contract taking effect.
