摘　　要：Agent系统是驻留在网络管理对象上的软件,位于计算机网络体系结构的底层,与其它应用软件和系统资源并行工作。随着网络技术的发展,Agent技术越来越多的应用于网络管理。本文介绍了Agent的特点和原理。详细介绍了Windows NT系统中Agent为了实现SNMP所具有的功能、系统结构模型、系统体系结构和系统实现所需要的数据结构。最后提出了WindowsNT A-gent的优点。Agent is a software which is stationed in networking management object, situated in ground floor of computer networking architecture, run with application software and system resource simutaneously. Along with networking technique development, agent technique is applied in networking management broadly. This paper introduces characteristic and. principle of the agent, then introduces the system function particularly in Windows NT, the system structure model , the system architecture and data structure. From the experience realizing networking management based on the SNMP in Windows NT. the author conclude some excellences of Windows NT agent.
