加氢基础油现状及加氢裂化尾油资源利用探讨

摘　　要：从国内外基础油市场发展趋势和中国石油加氢基础油生产现状出发,介绍国外典型的润滑油高压加氢工艺———ChevronTexaco公司异构脱蜡技术以及韩国SK公司利用燃料型加氢裂化尾油生产高质量超高粘度指数润滑油基础油的情况,同时提出大连石化分公司“十一五”期间利用加氢裂化尾油资源生产Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油的技术工艺路线。Based on the development trend of base oil markets in the world and the current situation of PetroChina hydrogenated base oil production, the foreign typical high - pressure hydrogenation processes for lubricating oil are introduced, such as isodewaxing technology from ChevronTexaco Company, producing high- quality ＆ high viscosity index base oil by fuel type unconverted oil of hydrocracking in South Korean SK Company. At the same time, the process technique route of using unconverted oil of hydrocracking to produce Ⅱ, Ⅲ base oils in Dalian Petrochemical Co. during the 11th five - year plan is put forward.
