摘  要:为了解决300 MW发电机定子线圈槽的异常升温现象,对发电机空芯铜导线的结垢物进行了表征和分析.结果表明:结垢物是聚四氟乙烯粘结树脂、玻纤束、密封胶及腐蚀产物氧化铜;定子槽线圈的异常升温是由外部引入的几种结垢物堵塞空芯铜导线引起的,并提出了解决方法,从而为大型发电机组长期安全稳定的运行提供实用数据和科学依据.The scale substances deposited on hollow copper conducting wires of generator were characterized and analyzed to solve the problem of abnormal temperature rising of stator slots of a 300 MW generating unit. The experimental results showed that the scale substances were mainly PTFE binding resins, fiberglass bundles, sealant as well as eopper oxide from eorrosion; and the abnormal rising temperature of stator slots was due to scale substance blocking hollow copper con- ducting wires. Moreover, eountermeasures for solving the problem were tentatively put forward, and the practical data and scientific basis for the long-term safety and stability operating of the generator were provided.
