萃取塔改造及扁环填料在萃取塔中的应用

摘　　要：南充炼油化工总厂异丙醇脱沥青装置萃取塔最早采用的是百叶窗塔盘，后逐步更换为金属矩鞍环填料，1988年又成功应用了静态混合器。2003年4～6月再次对萃取塔进行了改造，萃取段填料由扁环取代金属矩鞍环，并增加了脱沥青油、脱油沥青沉降聚集段，沉降聚集段内安装波纹型金属规整填料。几年来，装置运行安全平稳，萃取效果好，处理量大，脱沥青油质量好、收率高，溶剂消耗、能耗大幅度下降。The louver tray was applied in the extraction tower of Isopropanol Deasphalting Unit of Nanchong Refining ＆ Chemical Complex at the very start which was replaced by the metal rectangle - saddle - ring packing gradually, and in which the static - state - mixer was applied successfully in 1988. The extraction tower was reconstructed again from Apr. to Jun. in 2003 that the flat - ring packing replaced the metal rectangle - saddle- ring packing in extraction zone and complemented the sedimentation assemble zone for deasphalting oil ＆ deoiling asphalt in which the ripple metal structured packing was fixed. During the several years, the unit runs safely and stably, extracts efficiently, processes largely, gets the nice deasphalted oil, achieves high recovery ratio, reduces the solvent wastage and energy consumption greatly.
